Our Story

The Jaydee Dyer Foundation is a living tribute to Jaydee’s trailblazing grandmother, Audrey Joseph—a proud member of the Windrush generation. Audrey left Green Bay Village, Antigua, in 1958 on the very first plane to England, driven by a vision of generational change rooted in faith, family, and future generations. Her courage and values continue to guide every step of our work.

Inspired by Audrey’s legacy, Jaydee travelled to Zambia in 2017, where he began working with local leaders in Chongwe District to address urgent challenges. Motivated by a deep sense of purpose, he singlehandedly raised £20,000 to fund the reconstruction of schools, installation of clean water wells, and provision of educational essentials such as books, uniforms, and meals.
Today, the Jaydee Dyer Foundation builds on Audrey’s values to create opportunities for underserved communities around the world—from the Caribbean to Africa, and beyond.

Our Mission

The Jaydee Dyer Foundation is committed to:

-
Academic scholarships for underprivileged youth
-
School construction and educational resources
-
Social and economic relief in disadvantaged communities
We aim to enable young people to achieve their full potential through education—using education as a tool for transformation.
Currently self-funded and reliant on individual donors, we invite you to join us in making a lasting impact.

Audrey’s Legacy

Audrey Joseph’s journey from Antigua to the UK laid the foundation for future generations. Her strength and vision led to the development of one of the UK’s first Black-owned businesses, SN Travel, which has served the Afro-Caribbean community for over 50 years.

Her story is not just personal—it’s historical. Audrey represents the resilience and vision of the Windrush generation. Through this Foundation, her values continue to shape lives around the world.
