Our charity adoption scheme is tailor-made to enable projects to focus on the causes they care most about, without needing to worry about the administration and governance involved in running a UK registered charity.
In order to assess how we can best help non UK registered charities, and to complete our own due diligence, we ask all prospective partners to complete a simple questionnaire about their work, and to provide accounting records.
Once we have received this information, assessed your application and completed our due diligence, we present applications to the Trustees. We will then notify you of the Trustees decision.
For successful applicants, we will prepare a Memorandum of Understanding between you and Prospero World, in which we outline the expectations and how the process will work.
In order to ensure that we can really add value the programmes we adopt, charities will need to fulfill certain criteria, including but not limited to the following
Registered Charitable Organisation in home country OR be a project operating in the UK but without charitable status.
UK supporter base, or the potential to cultivate it
Ability to provide full accounts for due diligence
Ability to generate £65k
Alignment with PW mission
